This Privacy Policy explains how NC Digital (operated by Nergis Çolak) collects, uses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This text also serves as the KVKK Article 10 Enlightenment Notice (Aydınlatma Metni).

At present, nc-digital.com is a static informational website with no contact forms or user accounts. The only personal data processed is that collected automatically through analytics and advertising technologies, and only when you give consent:

Data is collected automatically when you visit the website, via:

  • Google Analytics 4 — activated only after you accept cookies via the consent banner.
  • Meta Pixel — activated only after you accept cookies via the consent banner.

If you decline, neither technology is activated and no tracking data is collected.

Your data may be transferred to the following third-party data processors located outside Turkey:

These transfers are conducted in compliance with KVKK Article 9 (cross-border transfer of personal data). Both providers maintain appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under KVKK, processing is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1), given through the cookie consent banner. Under GDPR (where applicable), the legal basis is likewise consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's localStorage in your browser settings and reloading the page. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months (configurable in GA4 settings). Advertising measurement data is retained by Meta for up to 90 days. NC Digital does not maintain any separate database of personal data at this time.

Under KVKK Article 11 (and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information about the processing if it is
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or internationally
  • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction of your data where the grounds for processing no longer exist
  • Request notification of rectification/deletion to third parties to whom data was transferred
  • Object to any outcome arising from automated processing of your data
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
